Meta lead integration

The Meta lead integration empowers Recrubo to retrieve leads from your Meta Business Manager.

Activitating this integration will allow Recrubo to synchronise your advertising data & retrieve the leads from your Business Manager. You can connect your campaigns directly to flows so all leads are automatically screened.

Prerequisites and Requirements

Meta Business Manager Account

• A verified Meta Business Manager account is necessary for managing Facebook and Instagram ads.

• Ensure that the Page where the leads are being generated is connected to your Meta Business Manager account.

• Ensure that the Ad account managing the campaigns is connected to the business manager.

• Ensure you are an Admin in the Meta Business Manager.

Setup

To setup the integration follow the steps below.

Find the integration card

Open the Recrubo interface and navigate to the Integration page in the side menu. Locate the Meta integration card and click the 'Login with Meta' button.

Navigating the wizard

After clicking the button a wizard by Meta will open up. In this wizard you are going to:

• Select the business manager connected to your ad account and page.

• Select the pages you want Recrubo to retrieve leads from.

• Select the ad account you want Recrubo to synchronise campaigns from.

• Confirm the permission you are giving Recrubo.

Selecting the Ad account

The dialog will now close and Recrubo will start setting up the connection. Recrubo currently supports connecting to one Ad account. To determine what account we connect with click the Settings button in the integration card. In this dialog you can add the ad account id.
