Creating a blocking event

Of course, you may be going on holiday for a week and want to block this week for calendar appointments to avoid candidates scheduling an appointment with you.

1. Go to 'Schedule' in the left menu bar

1. Left-click on the day where your blocking event starts and select 'Blocking event'

1. Choose the time span of your blocking event. If you want to add a recurring blocking event, you can choose the frequency. When finished, click on 'Create event'

The blocking event will ensure that no appointment options are shown during this period. The options shown will be the first available options after the blocking event.
