How can I integrate my ATS?

On this page we describe how you can integrate your ATS.

Requirements To integrate with the ATS, you must be an ‘organisation admin’

Connecting

Within Recrubo we offer the ability to easily integrate your ATS. This ensures that vacancies, locations & users are easily synchronized with Recrubo. It also ensures new candidates are created in your ATS.

  1. Click on 'Integrations' item in the menu on the left.

  2. Click the 'Add integration' button in the top right of the screen.

  1. Go through the wizard to connect your ATS system. Select your ATS, for example "SmartRecruiters"

  1. After selecting your ATS, you will be taken to the next screen. Here you will see the permissions that will be shared.

  1. If you need a detailed description to connect your ATS, click the 'connection guide' button below.

  1. Fill in the fields and click "Continue". The integration with your ATS will now be initiated.

Synchronising your ATS may take up to 24 hours dependent on the amount of data in your environment.
