How do I reset my password?

On this page you can find the two ways of resetting your password.

I forgot my password

If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new one via the login page.

1. Click on "Forgot your password?".

2. Enter the email address you use to log in to Recrubo and click on "Send instructions".

3. Go to your mailbox; you should have received an email from us with the subject "Recrubo password reset".

4. Open the email and click "Reset password".

1. Fill in a new password, confirm it, and click "Reset password".

1. You should now be logged in to Recrubo with your new password.

I am logged it but I want to change my password

If you want to change your password, you can go to your personal menu at the top right by clicking on the green circle with your initial in it.

1. Click on "Personal Settings".

1. Click on "Reset Password" in the bottom right corner.

1. Go to your mailbox; you should have received an email from us with the subject Recrubo password reset.

2. Open the email and click "Reset password".

1. Fill out a new password, confirm it, and click Change password.

1. You should now be logged in to Recrubo with your new password.
