The Bot Studio is the editor in which chatbots can be created, edited & published. In the Bot Studio you will find the following structure of items:
A "Flow" can be edited in the “Bot Studio”.
A "Flow" consists of multiple "Steps".
A "Step" contains one or more "Actions".
A "Step" can have multiple "Links".
A 'Flow' is a series of steps that represent a process. This process defines the questions that will be presented to a candidate. A flow can be used to gather information about a candidate, engage the candidate in the hiring process and prescreen the candidate based on generated or custom defined questions.
A 'Step' is a component within a flow.
An 'action' is a task within a step, such as displaying a message or asking a question to the candidate.
A 'link' connects two steps. A link can have a 'condition' that determines whether a candidate proceeds to the next step. Links are always processed from left to right.
To prevent every change you make going live right away the Bot Studio stages your changes. To push your changes you have to publish your flow.
A tool to test your flow. This is required every few changes to ensure flows are published in a correct manner.
