In this page terminology that might be familiar for you is defined in the context of Recrubo.

Candidate

A candidate is a person that has been in contact with your company. This person can enter our system in two ways;

• A candidate has completed one of the Recrubo onboarding flows

• A candidate can be imported from your ATS

In most cases a candidate will be connected to a Vacancy and will have information available like a name, email adress & phone number.

Lead

A lead is a person who has left their phone number on one of the lead forms provided by Recrubo. If the phone number of the lead is valid and the source of the lead is connected to a flow the lead will have received a message to start an onboarding flow.

If a lead finishes an onboarding flow the person will automatically be converted to a Candidate.
