Customize WhatsApp profile

Time to customize your WhatsApp profile and add a profile picture. In this chapter the process to customize your WhatsApp profile will be explained.

First go back to the WhatsApp account, go to settings and the click on WhatsApp Manager.

When you arrive in the WhatsApp manager, click on the WhatsApp account.

Here you can upload a profile picture and add a description. You can save your changes in the top right with the Save button. If you are unable to save your changes your profile picture is most likely not the required resolution. An image size of 640 x 640 with a maximum size of 5MB is recommended.

You can try to get an 'Official business account' and receive a green tick ✅. Submit a request above the Description.
