Meta charges per conversation. Conversations are 24-hour message threads between you and your candidates. For instance, in the Netherlands ,the costs are 12 cents per conversation when the company starts the conversation and 7 cents when the candidate starts the conversation (January 2023). After your phone number is linked in Recrubo, it is important that you add another payment method in your business manager. To do this, go through the following steps:
Go to business.facebook.com.
Then click on 'Settings' in the lower left sidebar.
Click here on "Whatsapp Accounts".
Here you can see the WhatsApp account you have just created within Recrubo. Click on the account.
Click here on Payment Settings.
Click on 'Add payment method' to connect your (company) credit card. When you have completed this successfully, your payment method is connected.
