Set up WhatsApp
WhatsApp is Recrubo's main messaging channel. For most customers this setup is a requirement.
Requirements:
- A phone number without a WhatsApp account. (This can be a landline or mobile phone) - Activate sim card by putting it in phone and making a call. Your sim card is now activated. - Optional: Admin access to your Meta Business manager Start by adding a WhatsApp account. To do this, go to integrations
Click on 'Login with Facebook' and then link the Meta account from where the chatbot communicates.
Go through the steps in the wizard and link the desired phone number. We recommend using a new SIM card for this purpose.
If you are an admin of your companies business manager you can select the Business Manager here. To get started fast you can also create a new, empty business manager in the wizard.
