Detail page

This page provides a detailed view of an individual candidate within the recruitment platform, allowing recruiters to manage and interact with candidates effectively.

Candidate Profile

At the top of the page you can find the candidate profile. This bar of information will name, adress & source data about the candidate.

Candidate Status and Assignment

Actions:

  • Status: The system allows changing the status of the candidate.

  • Assign User: The system allows for assigning a recruiter or administrator to manage the candidate.


Notes

This section contains any internal notes added by the recruiter.

Actions:

  • Add/Edit/Delete Notes: Users can add or update notes about the candidate’s status, interviews, or qualifications.


Communication and Latest Chat

The latest chat with the candidate is displayed here, providing an overview of ongoing communication.

Actions:

  • Open Chat: Opens the full chat history and allows further communication with the candidate.


Labels

Labels help categorize the candidate based on job functions or roles. Labels can be used in filtering to reactivate or reconnect with candidates that are relevant to a new job position.

  • Add/Edit/Delete Labels: Users can add new labels or edit existing ones to reflect the candidate's skills or roles they have applied for.


Media & Files

This section is used to store documents, resumes, or any media the candidate has sent during the conversation.

The "Flows" section list all flows a candidate has interacted with.

  • View Flow Details: Each flow contains an external link that opens more detailed information about the job flow.


Applications

This section lists the applications submitted by the candidate for various vacancies.

Actions:

  • View Application: Users can view details of the application or the role applied for.


Events

Displays any calendar events related to scheduled interviews.

  • All upcoming and previous events are displayed.


Action Buttons

  • Email Candidate: Opens an email client or form to send a message to the candidate.

  • Call Candidate: Initiates a phone call to the candidate’s listed phone number.

  • Export CV: Exports the candidate’s CV or profile into a PDF format.

  • Open Chat: Opens the conversation history with the candidate for ongoing communication.


Conclusion

This interface allows recruiters to manage the candidate’s profile, interact through chat, manage applications, and track job flows. The page is designed for efficient recruitment processes, enabling streamlined communication and record management.
