Export candidates

The export feature in Recrubo allows users to extract candidate data into a CSV file, enabling offline analysis, sharing, or further processing in external tools such as Excel or Google Sheets.

How to Use the Export Feature

1. Selecting Candidates for Export

Before exporting, you need to select one or more candidates from the candidate list:

  1. Navigate to the "Candidates" tab in the sidebar.

  2. Use the available filters (e.g., Platform, Vacancy, Recruiter) to narrow down the list of candidates you want to export.

  3. Click the 'Enable selection' button.

  4. Check the box next to the name(s) of the candidate(s) you wish to export.

You can select multiple candidates for batch export by checking multiple boxes or using the "Select All" feature if you want to export all visible candidates.

2. Initiating the Export

Once your candidate(s) are selected:

  1. Click the Export button located in the toolbar at the top of the candidate list.

  2. A pop-up window titled "Export candidates" will appear, prompting you to enter a filename.

3. Filename (Optional)

In the export dialog, you can optionally specify a filename for the CSV file:

  • If no filename is provided, the system will generate a default name for the file based on the current timestamp.

4. Export Process

To finalize the export:

  1. Click the Export button within the pop-up window.

  2. A CSV file containing the selected candidate(s) data will be downloaded to your device.

  • Format: The exported file is in CSV (Comma Separated Values) format, which can be opened and edited in any spreadsheet program (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).
