Variable not found

When you receive the following message the chat stops responding. To fix it you can do the following.

Click on the problematic step. As shown on the right the question on the link is ask-email.

To edit this link click on the slider icon on the right. This icon wil be visible when you hover over links.

Here you can change the ask part from “Could you tell me your email?” to the actual question, in this case “May i know your name?✌🏼”. This is possible by clicking on the upside down triangle. Then press confirm.

Now it is time to check the results by testing the flow.
