The candidate got sent to the wrong path

Click on the step where the bug appears.

Hover over the links and click on the slider icon to open up the settings to the link.

Check if the condition is set as wished. In this example we want the bot to decline the applicant if he hasn't got any experience with SEO/SEM. Currently, no condition is connected to this question, this means that it doesn't matter what the applicant answers the AI will accept it and send it to the next step.

Our preferred outcome is that the AI judges if it is a positive or negative answer and based on this he will send the applicant to the next question or the decline application.

Note: Always add the link with the positive path first, the order of links is important.

Select the correct question at Ask. As you can see the AI is looking for a positive answer to send the candidate to the next question. This is now corrected, click on confirm to save this step.

To edit the second link click on the slider icon while hovering over the link.

As shown above there are two different types of links right now. The left link has a split arrow, this means this is a conditional link. The right link has an arrow straight down, this means that there is no condition attached to this link.

Again, click on AI to open up the AI options.

Fill in the right variables. When this is done click on confirm.

Test the flow once again and enjoy the result. 🙌🏼
