Facebook (Meta)

The Facebook tab allows you to connect one of your Meta (Facebook or Instagram) ads to a flow. For this to work the Facebook Integration on the Integration page in the menu on the left should be done first.

To connect a Form, Campaign, Adset or Ad to your flow you first need to select a templated message. The templated message is the message that is sent to the candidate upon submitting the lead form on Facebook or Instagram.

Second, you have to determine a type. This can be Form, Campaign, Adset or Ad.

You can only connect one ID so you should select the Type that covers all other IDs.

Ad is the most specific type whereas Form is the least specific. A more specific type will always have more priority. This allows you to have a Campaign connected to a flow but having one Ad connected to a separate flow.

Lastly, you have to enter the ID of the selected type and submit the dialogue.

An example of connecting a Campaign to multiple flows:

  • The campaign is directed at a function group, connect the campaign id to a broad flow about the function group candidates are applying to.

  • One of the two adsets is directed at candidates in a different country, connect the adset to a translated version of the flow.

  • One of the ads is directed at a specific function in the function group, connect the ad to a flow that has more specific questions about the job like, salary, daily activities, etc.
