Links are the connection between steps. Links allow you to direct the direction a candidate will take throughout the conversation design. Links can be added and edited in multiple ways.
When dragging in a step a link is automatically created with the step. The step is by default not conditional; this makes it so a candidate will always continue to the next step no matter the answer.
You can also add a link to an existing step. To do this open up the side dialog for a step. Add the plus icon next to the Links header. Doing this enables you to add a new path to the flow to ask extra questions or to decline a candidate based on the answer provided.
To edit an existing link you can click the blue link icon between steps. You can also open a step and click the slider icon next to a link to edit the link.
You can add multiple links to a single step. This allows you to determine a path a candidate takes. This makes it possible to decline candidates during the chat. When adding multiple links keep in mind that links are always evaluated from left to right.
