🛠️Adding, Duplicating, Translating & Deleting flows

Recrubo allows you to have multiple flows for one vacancy. This can be useful for multilingual jobs, different target groups, etc.

Multiple flows for a vacancy

At the top of the Botstudio you can click the title of the flow. This opens a dropdown allowing you to add, duplicate, translate or delete flows.

New flow

By adding a new flow you will open an empty canvas. Here, you can make a flow from scratch if you want to build something without an AI generated flow.

Duplicate flow

Duplicating a flow will copy the existing flow into a new flow. This allows you to make multiple variations and test which one works best.

Translate flow

Translating a flow will copy the existing flow into a new flow. It will then translate all the content of the flow so your flow will be in a different language.

Delete flow

Deleting a flow will remove the chatbot and all related analytics data from it. This can not be reversed.
