The publish button in the top right corner will display if you have any changes in draft.

When making changes to the flow they are not immediately visible to candidates. You are free to change and edit the flow while it is live using our publishing system. Once you are happy with the flow you can publish the changes for candidates.

If you have made a few changes at once the system will request you to test your changes before being able to publish the flow.
