If you see the step settings dialog on the right side of the screen you can close it by clicking the < button in the top left of the dialog.
Flow allows you to edit the name of the flow by clicking on the slider icon. This is especially usefull when you have multiple similiar flows on the same vacancy.
The language of the flow should always be set to the same language as the flow. This makes sure the AI will always respond in the correct language.
In the reminder column, you can adjust the time when the flow sends a reminder to the candidate in case the candidate stops responding during the conversation. This is 15 minutes by default. We recommend personalising the reminder message to fit your corporate identity.
There are rare cases with custom integrations where we can't find an opening message to send to the candidate. The templated selected in this dropdown will be the fallback for those cases.
The last section is about the session timeout. Here you can set a time (in seconds) to determine how long the session will persist. By default after 24 hours a session will be reset, if a candidate sends a message 24 hours after his last message he will restart the flow.
