Recrubo's chatbot software can use textual context as a datasource to provide answers to candidates.

The AI can use all the information that has been provided in the vacancy screen. The description should be as extensive and complete as possible. The edit vacancy screen can be reached by clicking the three dots in the top right corner of a vacancy card.

We recommend not adding duplicated information to the description as this will confuse the chatbot. Having double or conflicting information in the description will cause the AI to use one of the two instead of combining the information:

The salary is X per month. < job description > The benifits for this job are a salary of X, a gym in the office and more.
