Every path within your flow requires an ending. Endings are marked in the Bot Studio as different colored steps. To find out how to make an end step refer to .
The four different end types are:
Accepted (green)
Declined (red)
Updated (yellow)
Reset flow (yellow)
Once a candidate reaches a step with the ‘Accepted’ state a candidate will be created in the (Recrubo) ATS. If you have an ATS integration set up the candidate will also be created in the connected ATS. If the candidate already exists in the Recrubo ATS the candidate will be updated and a new application will be added.
Once a candidate reaches a step with the ‘Declined’ state the chat will come to a full stop. The candidate will no longer receive a reminder message and the chatbot will stop responding to questions.
It is currently not possible to create a candidate in the Recrubo ATS using the declined end state.
Once a candidate reaches a step with the ‘Updated’ state a candidate will be updated in the (Recrubo) ATS. The update end step can only be used by flows that reach existing candidates.
Once a candidate reaches a step with the ‘Reset flow’ state the chatbot will start over from the first step. This can be useful for testing.
