Exact

The second type is a double arrow link. This means that the AI will evaluate the answer of the applicant. For the Exact type, the AI will only match the ‘Exact’ value.

To set up an exact match select a Variable first. Select your Operator second and enter a value last.

Example: You can use this to validate if an answer a candidate has given is longer than 100 characters to verify if a motivation is long enough. To verify the lenght of a message you can use the 'Longer than' operator.

We recommend adding a non conditional link to the same step to explain why the candidate can not procede. The AI can not read your link thus will not be able to explain the, in this example, 100 character limit. The non conditional step can contain one say action to explain the requirement and refer back to the original question with a non conditional link.
