Text (say)

When using a Text action you have the option between Say and Ask. Using a say action you are able to send a candidate a message. After sending a Say action the chatbot will immediately move on to the next action and will not wait for the candidate's response.

Adding short messages to link the previous question to the next question can make a flow feel more like a conversation!
