The appointment step can be used to schedule a meeting between a candidate and a user. The candidate will first get a question to ask what day of the week he would like to be called. Then a second question comes up asking how late on what date the user would like to be called.
To determine what user is scheduled for the appointment you can select a specific user with the βUserβ option at the top. To schedule an appointment with the owner of a location or vacancy you can select the respective options. To use the option βLocation ownerβ the location action needs to be used before the Appointment action.
Finally you can add the two questions, the first one to ask for the preferred day, the second for the preferred date and time.
This action will ask multiple questions and wait for the response of the users.
