Step 2: Start the process

To add the process of generating a flow you have two options, they are displayed here.

Vacancies page

On the vacancy page you can hover over the vacancy card to add a flow. After clicking this button a wizard wil pop up guiding you through the process. In the first step click 'Generate Flow'.

Bot Studio

At the top of the Botstudio page you will find the option to add a flow for a vacancy. This will open the 'Generate flow' wizard and ask you to select a vacancy. If you have multiple vacancies with similar names it might be difficult to differentiate between them using this option.
