Step 1: Locate the right vacancy

To render a flow a vacancy is required. This chapter will show you how to find the correct vacancy.

After logging in to Recrubo you can navigate to the vacancies by clicking the menu item on the left side of the application. Here you will find an overview of all the existing vacancies. Click on the search icon to search for the right vacancy. You can find the vacancy by name or by the identifier from your ATS if you have an ATS integrated with Recrubo.

You can validate the ATS id by opening the edit dialog of the vacancy to see the ID at the bottom of the dialog.
