Recrubo recommends having between 6 and 10 questions in a flow depending on the target audience. Already engaged, ready to work, candidates might be willing to answer more questions than newly generated leads.

Pre-defined steps

At the top of the wizard you can find a summary of pre-defined topics you can choose to ensure the bot incorporates them into the conversation flow. Questions will be generated based on the topics that you select.

If you are chatting through WhatsApp or SMS the phone number will be collected automatically and does not need to be requested in the flow.

Requirements

The AI looks for relevant skills in the vacancy description. The AI lists these in the chips in the Add requirements chapter.

In the example you can see 8 example requirements are added to the active skill area. These skills are split in 3 different categories. The category can be changed by clicking on the chip.

  • Active requirements are denoted in blue.

  • Knockout requirements are denoted in blue with an exclamation mark.

  • Skills in white chips will not be asked by the AI.

It is important to know when to use Knockout requirement and when to use an Active requirement. For a delivery driver, it is necessary to have a driver's licence. An option such as trustworthiness is not necessary but you would like to know something about this. Here are some examples to clarify this:

Knockout requirements: Active requirements:

- Driver's license βœ… - Trustworthiness βœ…

- VOG Certification βœ… - Exited to work βœ…

- Full-time availability βœ…

Do you have a requirement for the vacancy that is not displayed between the chips? Feel free to add one using the input box above the chips and clicking the + icon.

To get the best results:

  • Add a short sentence to improve the AI's ability to generate a good question

  • Do not combine multiple questions in one chip, to improve the flow of the conversation.
