Error in a chat message

When experiencing an error in the flow while testing the bot the session name is incorrect. In order to fix this you can do the following.

In this example the error occurred in the ask seo sem question. Instead of session.first_name the AI says error. Click on the step where you ask for the name and surf to the slider icon in the action step.

Look at the name of the action variable and copy it. Then click on the arrow back to leave this screen again.

Locate the error again by looking for the {{session.example}} part as shown above. Click on this step to open up the menu.

Hover over the question and click on the slider icon to edit the question.

Edit the {{session.first_name}}. Delete the part behind session. and paste the text you just copied.

Click on save action to secure the changes.

Now test and be amused by the result. 😉 Ps. publish the results to save the changes for the candidates.
